The area has been growing and growing for a while now with many different companys occuping the area so heres the offical thread for news ,developments and progressions.
21 major occupants.
12 other occupants.
Other amenities hotels and buisness centres.
More upcoming projects.
The third largest and fastest growing buisness park in the UK.

Could do with a convention centre.
Please update on upcoming developments.

I live right next to this and used to work in one of the offices, it sure is expanding both north and south of the A63!!
