Indeed they look good even without renovation because the prefabs are in good condition and quite colorful.

If I didn't know my guess would be at least this part was built in the '80-'90 because it looks very postmodern on some pictures. How long is it anyway?

This is the place where I lived when I was born in 1985 till I was 4 years old. It is a strictly commieblocks neighborhood built in the 70s. It is not that dense and still has the flair of living like in the GDR where you can reach everything within walking distance like city train, tram, bus, supermarkets, schools and parks.
