I'm must say that I am impressed with this city. The monument adds to it's character also, which makes it stand out with it's own unique flavor, so to speak. I'm I correct, this is the second biggest city in the D.R ?

Thanks. Personally, this city is new to me, new since I've never seen images of it in the past. It looks quite good. It gives me a warm impression.
