8/10 Great building from that era. Stands up well. The top looks like a slightly less attractive version of the Municipal Building in Downtown NYC, albeit a hundred so feet taller. Just needs some cleaning, and repainting and its a national treasure

Very Nice. The top of the tower is a little bit over the top for me though.
