I have heard of Madrid, Cologne, Berlin, Athens and London.
To be also a NBA Europe city Istanbul wants to built a new 16.000 yeater "NBA Arena".

Basketball is the national past-time there.

I'll give you that the gap in skill has closed considerably since the '92 olympics, and we did get our asses handed to us in Athens (mostly due to the fact that the team had only been playing together for a month), but in a showdown between two teams that have been playing with eachother and practicing the whole year, I'm guessing the NBA team would be favored
