I don't know too many weird ones in Brazil, maybe Petrobrás HQ in Rio be the most:

Holy shit, why does Tel Aviv have so many completely off the wall buildings? Is it because of all the redical emigres fleeing the former Soviet Union or something? Man, there are some crazy-arse buildings in that town.
