Im certain it will be built. If one of the greatest architect in Europe is cooperating (Podrecca), and if Kangler (new mayor of Maribor) is saying that it will be built, then it will be built . (unless stupid population of Maribor will oppose (nothing new))

That's positively insane yea way to go... Great stuff, just stick a spire on it so it beats the hell out of every other skyscraper in the area for good
And hopefully more would follow... this is great.. I hope Jynković gets jealous and actually builds sth like that in the capital

render is fake Reporter draw it No render created so far.
This "fake" render from reporter has just one purpose- to show people where and approximately how tall the skyscraper will be.

Yes it will It will look funny 80 m skyscraper across the road compared to 200-some m skyscraper. But it is possible, that skyscraper will be lower.

Kolker vem je WTC v Lj (87m)
V Mariboru je najvišja stavba Bolnice (81m) -nasproti te bodoče stolpnice.

Zdaj sem slikal območje, pa bom naredo eno primerjavo kak bo stolpnica visoka

Jaz sem enkrat v neki enciklopediji (nažalost ne vem v kiri) prebral da je visoka 87 m, nekje pa sem celo slišal, da je visoka 93 m. Glede na to, da je 18 nadstropij je dokaj logično.

Malo sem se pozabaval s slikarjem (ne gre namestit Photoshopa v Visti).
Za osnovo sem vzel obstojočo stolpnico (ker ni očitno )

No, sj ne zgleda tok grozno, razn če bi bla taka no lol... js bi naredu še eno tko nizko na levi pa maš pol lepo sredinca da kaže drugim kaj si misli o njihovih stolpnicah hrhrhr. No pa sj tam je dost placa več al manj za še kako stolpnico
