I apologize for the ot but I would write one last thing ... Tii realize the comparison that you propose? I do not say that Milan is a city to be thrown away ... but if you think about the future I do not see anything good ! the high tax burden , the poor service employment contracts are bad and as a result the crisis in which is located the city is not a fairy tale ! is the reality ! The Italian Government does nothing to help us! indeed work for the expo are late! not all works will be completed due to lack of money! the crisis and our political joke , is reducing milano in a city increasingly exploited poor and non-competitive in Europe , how can you compare milan london ? many Italians tired of this situation run away to london ? including Milan ? run away because they are tired of finding withheld income tax of 50% poor service and expensive ! not all of them are engineers or architects lawyers ! common for a family as there are prospects for raising a family and live a peaceful life ? this is the reality ! 4 skyscrapers certainly not enough to change the economic situation of the city

Italy is probably the European country with the highest margin of development right now, and it's moving towards heavy tertiarization in the next years/decades. Today's crisis in Italy looks like Thatcher's Uk in the Eighties.
I think it's normal that in Milan we will see the booming of financial districts with high towers anytime soon, even if it seems hard to imagine right now.
That's why I stay here and will invest here.

I like the redesign. It is thinner, and not so stumpy. The original one looked like a curved version of the Walkie Talkie building in London.

It's a belt truss which will reduce vibrations of the tower, hence increasing comfort inside.
