As you can see in the lower left corner of the picture, they are already starting to "close" the side walls on the via Galvani side..this was the last part of the lower wings to be completed, only a few weeks ago:

in fact, my observation was concerning to world cities in general.
but also in europe it's not so uncommon to have such medium sized slim skyscrapers.
in benidorm, for instance, there will be at least a dozen of the same kind.

Well... benidorm is know just because it is an exception... very few medium sized cities in Europe have so many highrises. Btw everybody knows that it's buildings are not so beautifull....u have seen dozen of buildings like this over there? I have seen none.

Benidorm? I would have used Rotterdam as a more convincing example for Europe Gosh...anyway i've been following this tower in Milan for a while now and i have to say it's looking great. Love the curves on both the base and the tower
