Anyway, not sure about what brand they are using but if you need a clue then you could try to visit www.mlr.no , it a lighting used for plant growth.

well the view and the angle seems ok...but it's really dark there... and with all the fences, nets and concrete parts it really looks crappy.

It has to be said that no new major stadium or stand should have posts restricting the view. So unnecessary.

Did Werder go for the cheapest roof option?

Could they add 3rd tier on those parts of old stand? Does expansion plan exist for this current stadium or was it scraped?

I think the original plan included a third tier...but then they decided to do this.
