this is one heck of a giant isn't it?
i am curious if it is reserved only for san miguel business offices, or does it have tenants too, for bpo's, etc?
if it is really true that the st francis shang condo will be built bigger than this, ortigas center's shaw blvd side will balance nicely with the densities nearer to ortigas avenue and meralco avenue.

This building has nothing to do with San Miguel Corporation. I think it has a few BPOs but its mostly smaller offices. I think one of the largest tenants is a government agency (National Food Authority)....or at least they were thinking of signing a lease there for ten floors a few years ago. Not really sure. Maybe c0kelitr0 can enlighten us.

For SSC old schoolers, I actually tried to get office space (unit 3803) in this building for ASF's Meet HQ back in 2003 but the financing didn't push through...

it does look like a sort of robot or something, although i'd say it is more of optimus prime and less of darth vader.

it deserves a second look and some contemplating, parang magta-transform siya in case of alien attack..

hyper-modern, and proudly pinoy this one is.

this is my most fave of them all. too bad they do not often light up the building like before. its looks "romantic" when fully lighted up.

nakapasok na ako sa building na to before when i applied for work in a call center in this building. thats sykes, i think. disappointing lang interior. at least sa nakita ko.. i realized na sobrang liit ng lot ng building. it does not have a good lobby. i don't even want to call it lobby. parang hallway lang..

but the exterior, superb.

Parang elevator-hallway/elevator-lobby lang. Wala syang seryosong lobby talaga.

Sobrang bagal ng mga lifts dito. Pano naman double-decker ang apat na elevators.. Ang natatandaan ko pag sa even floors ka, sa upper lift lobby ka maghihintay, odd sa ower lobby.

One side of the facade is partially devoid of finishing... hope they fix this its an eyesore esp for a tall office building. Anyways it dominates its part of the skyline, although not for long once the St. Francis towers are completed.

Parang naka i-stack na case ng smb. pag pilipino nag design, malapit talaga sa puso. Ahehehehe
