The modern building retrofitted with classical touches was done very nicely! I am bedazzled how the soft yellow glow illuminating from the night lamps creates those sharp contrasts on its top reminiscent of the classical buildings of NYC.

I visited The Enterprise many times when I was still working for HSBC. Even before that I had often eaten at its food court which was then the first of its type to open its doors to the public... yuppies like me drank the night away on a Friday night while bands played in the background. You can count The Enterprise as another one of my faves!

The Enterprise Center comprises two grade A office towers, one with 39 and another with 29 storeys, the taller one with a helipad. The building has system-designed multiple entrances and exits, with a seven-level underground parking for 1,200 vehicles. The edifice also serves as a link among adjacent buildings through a walkway connecting Ayala Center (the main commercial area) and various office buildings in the Legaspi Village area.

The Enterprise Center is not only home for corporate offices, but also to specialty shops, alternative spaces for big gatherings, and an international food court as well. Located at the third level are facilities such as mail and parcel delivery, laundry and photo services, a coffee shop, and a telecom service provider. It has also opened its doors to hosting corporate launches, dinners, and social affairs at the Grand Atrium and Third Floor Lobbies. Owner and developer is KSA Realty Corporation, a consortium among Kuok Philippine Properties, San Miguel Properties, A. Soriano Corporation, and Rodamco Philippines B.V.
