exactly. let's just pray that another 'parkmall' would be brave (or foolish?) enough to buy the lot and make it really work. but who would take the risk? dining at the al fresco would probably be like eating at the landfill in inayawan. the place smells.

Mao gyud na ang next issue lage nato, challenge para sa Metro Cebu: Cleaning up our waterways. I hope naa na pod mutagad ani na issue. A beautiful and clean riverside adds a whole lot of value to the adjacent properties.
