It may lack the height, but makes up for it density wise. I dont often go via the Eastern Distributor, but I'm impressed by the nice wall of towers that line it.

First impressions of 22 storey Ruby on Gadigal and O 'Dea in SMH yesterday. It will be the second highest building in Victoria Park. Do we have a model image of this next to Stella and Garland 17 we could look at Culwulla?

Thank you Culwulla, these are fascinating.
I think we are all waiting for the Brizer commentary to return!
I still want to know how they will engineer the roads from Vic Park eg Vic Park Parade, into the Eon site.
Aren't there any engineers out there with stories to tell about these buildings/sites.
The whole process of excavation and creating foundations in sand, with drainage issues also needs to be told. Come on someone!

My Victoria Park experiment has ended after 3 odd years. I have sold up and will be moving out.

The place is getting too busy and the construction and traffic noise has driven me nuts since I started living here. The other thing is the percentage of tenants residing here compared to owner occupiers. In my building it would most likely be 75-80% occupied by tenants. Tenants dont give a stuff about the building and surrounds and this has ruined everything.

Convenient yes, but a place to live, no. Once Meriton came in it got bad and with so many other developments going up (Diversity, Viking, Emerald Park etc...) traffic is going to be really bad around here.

So Victoria Park, I bid you adieu!

Further out within 15-20kms from the CBD. I am looking for more greenery and less density.

Having lived in the area for 8 years now (Alexandria and Zetland), I am looking forward to some breathing space.

I will keep an eye out on Zetland and see how things turn out. VSQ is looking huge and they have just started excavating for Ruby. Its all happening but I dont want to live here anymore.

wow, thats a city out there/
the tallest VSQ is currently 70m, so when its 93m gonna be a dominating
thats why it should have had landmark qualities. and topped with a spire of fin. to say 120m+ just to indicate centre of vic park.
