way to go Lagos, its good to see more high rise development in Africa, even when it is not within the western design. (complimenting the design)

I think the design is a great attempt of differenciate african highrises from both western and middle eastern. So far African highrises have very little identity of their own, with a few exceptions. Hope this will get built sooner or later, It should be built and there should be more highrises like it.

The buildings will be built if there are companies willing to invest their money into such a project.

I find it ugly, somehow it looks too "african"
or whatever that means, but basically the style just isn't appealing

Bigfoot is a wonderful African design. It would really look at home in Abuja or Lagos; I'd prefer Abuja.

Old fashion means that such designs have being created and built in the past and that this renders are old because of that, but to tell you the truth I haven't seen designs like this elsewhere and to if you are indeed right, then where is your reference. The designs are a bit in your face but the second last render could win an architectural arward anyday. remember it takes one or two buildings to spark a revolution

It's 100% ugly.

I think money should be spent in other parts (even though I know it's private and what not) of the city. Lagos is in desperate need of other developments.

I went to the site and the project I do not think is Proposed if you use the terminology of Emporis as the render does not represent any specific project that has been announced to be approved by the local authorities. Rather it should be classified as a Vision if it were to be listed on Emporis.

I think it is a pipe dream that will never leave the CADD stage.

Im just saying the design looks very 'late 80's'. Would be cool if it's built but the design is Tradge! ( short for tragic, lol)

It's mor like in the middle of Envisioned and proposed, because an evisioned building is one that is designed and percieved as a building thatwould be nice to build, this buildings on the other hand, are open to be constructed if the money is provided, but you are right when you say that it is not technicaly proposed, but it is not your average vision
