That is one nasty, ugly tower. I'm sorry, but what's so "African" about concrete and glass with random balls attached to it and some square bits sticking out the side?

The second proposal isn't bad, but not great either. And the third is just horrendous.

The 1st and 3rd buildings are pretty WTF-ish.

The 2ndd one looks like someone copied a building in Yokohoma (I forgot its name).

And is there even a market for this sort of stuff in Nigeria? What's the population density in Nigeria, Lagos, and Abuja?

I'd personally prefer that they build whatver crazy African skyscrapers in Abuja first, since it isn't as strained and gasping for infrastructure investments as Lagos.

It's in the color, and the patterns at the base.

Exactly. Which is why it would be the only one of these towers to see the light of day if they were ever to be built.
