I think Big Ben is the most photographed of the three mentioned above. The rests are too huge to photograph without difficulty.

I don't think Empire State Building is as famous outside this forum as forumers here would suppose. I didn't even know the name correcly until I got interested in skyscrapers.

Well photographed doesn't necessarily mean in its entirety. As long as we're on the subject of technicalities, if you have a skyline shot of a city such as NYC, you'll likely have the ESB in it. Same would go for Paris and to a lesser extent London, but neither are really as famous for their skyline as NYC is.

I'll say Eiffel Tower and then ESB. I don't think Big Ben is photographed any more than Statue of Liberty

NYC as a whole is just worth a photograph.

ESB and Eiffel Tower by far, mostly because both have been in so many movies. Most people don't know Big Ben is in a tower of Parliament. However, I would be surprised if any buildings are more recognized than the Pyramids. though I am sure most people could not tell any of them apart. But if you're talking about most photographed, that would depend in part on the number of visitors a city has. I know NYC had over 40 million last year and imagine Paris and London had at least that many, and a lot of them would be taking pictures. And without a wide angle lens, Big Ben would be the easiest to photograph.

shaun: I don't think it works like that, because you search only in english. Look up Eiffel Tower or Great Wall or China in the original language and it looks totally different in the end. Big Ben is not even a building but a bell afaik ;

If you look at the whole history of photography then I guess it's either the Eiffel Tower, the ESB or the Pyramids of Gizeh.

I'd say the Eiffel Tower. No pleasure traveller would ever go to Paris without multiple photographs of the Eiffel Tower. Lots of people will never get the proper angle to film the ESB on the other hand. So while the ESB may be in a lot of well seen photographs, the Eiffel Tower probably exists in more pictures by more people overall.

Hmm, I'd have to say the Eiffel Tower or the Pyramids.

Sure the Empire State Building is famous but EVERYONE has heard of the Pyramids and the Eiffel Tower. Big Ben and Tower Bridge are certainly iconic too though but Giza and Paris imo win through.
