It seems ground of level 88 is steel panels covered, unlike for other floors, poured with concrete. it's a refuge floor just under the next mech floors supporting the mass dampers.

pretty sweet to see the fan-fair over this supertall....so how much longer does anyone think it will take them to complete these next levels...ive heard they started the mechanical levels...? maybe another week or two...?

What happened to the windows at the mid-level. They seem to be bent or not properly installed.

looks like every 20 floors there are some frames in the facade, are those the mecanical levels?, they look like this: =================

Those are vents for refuge floors, every 12 levels and not 20.
