imo we need to see more pics from this angle. the ground level shots over the water aren't as good as this angle.

no.

those last two pics posted by skymyhusband are excellent. presumably the last one was shot through a long lens (i.e. a telephoto lens) maybe 300mm and from many miles away and high up. this always gives a good look, as all edges stand up perpendicular so you effectively see an elevation not just birds' eye or worms' eye view.

the first picture is great too. i really like the shots taken from across the river and high up not just the usual tourist areas.

these two photos give some of the best perspectives of any i've seen so far.
