Is the shopping centre of the SWFC called 'SHANGHAI HILLS'?

The over developments by Mori have been called Roppongi and Omotesando Hills...

Nice one big dog and skymyhusband. So we now have some exact heights and details of the building. I also see there is a concert hall in the sky and restaurant. They would probably be just below the 94th floor observatory. This has to be the ultimate public access viewing tower in the world.

They should give it to SWFC. What building opening in 2008 is as remarkable as this one?

Out of every other building that is to be completed this year in my opinion this has got to be the best from
1) the height of 492m would have been the tallest tower not long ago
2) the shape is sleek and remarkable
3) with the hole at the top with observation bridge overlooking the future WOW

The World's Highest Hotel
Park Hyatt Shanghai opens its doors in July 2008
The most exclusive Hyatt Hotels and Resorts brand, Park Hyatt, is renowned internationally for intimate, residential accommodation, exceptional interior design and gracious personalised service. Park Hyatt Shanghai will open in July 2008 as the highest hotel in the world.

Modern Chinese Residence
The interior of Park Hyatt Shanghai, spanning the 79th to 93rd floors of the Shanghai World Financial Center, is being created by the award-winning New York-based designer Tony Chi. His vision is to create a sophisticated modern Chinese residence, designed with respect to traditional Chinese geometry and architecture. The spaces will be understated in both mood and design, with a predominance of earth tones and natural materials.

Oasis of Tranquility, Energy and Excitement
The hotel's reception is located on the 87th floor, with the remainder of the public spaces on the upper floors (91st to 93rd floors) and the lower floors (85th to 86th floors). While the hotel's lower floors will be an oasis of tranquility, the upper floors will reverberate with energy and excitement.

On the building's ground floor, guests will be led to elevator "cabins" with a timeless feel that will whisk them up to the 87th floor where they will enter the reception area, and encounter a living room, a tea salon, a dining room and a bar. On the 86th floor is the State Guest House, "The Residence". On the 85th floor is the Water Temple, an Infinity Pool, a Tai Chi Courtyard and a Studio of Wellness. On the 91st floor, a super-restaurant will feature show kitchens and 25 m floor-to-ceiling windows, while the 92nd floor will be split into two bars – a Western bar featuring live music, and a cosy Chinese-style bar. The 93rd floor will be a private space catering to up to 250 people for cocktails.

Spacious Standard Rooms
To preserve the Hyatt product quality, level of service and attention to detail, the number of guestrooms at Park Hyatt Shanghai has purposely been limited to just 174 on the 79th to 84th floors and on the 88th floor. Each room features views over the Huangpu River and Pudong, and the 80 standard rooms measure 55-60 sq m, with the well-proportioned 3.1 m ceiling height the most gracious in the city.
