probaly, because few pages back you'll see real life photos of tourists inside it.

No, it opens on September 1st. Some of the office space is already occupied though.

It's not finished, they need to clean the whole building (it's on the way) and replace some windows + frames.

Actually the windows look exactly the same on the exact same equivalent place on other side of the tower as well, so I'm thinking it's there for a reason. I don't know though.

Yes, it looks exactly the same on the south side of the building (I'm referring to the group of panels at the very top of the building, above the hole) on the corresponding side.

Ah, yes, at the top that's where was remaining a structure (temporary BMU) before they finish cladding.

But are the defects the same both sides on other locations? Hard to tell watching pics only.

BTW, thanks for the great pics of the base & entances.

nice pics! i had no idea the base was stone. i think it looks so elegant when a glass tower rises above a stone base.
