i'll make a rundown..of the records...to clear things out..

- Highest skyscraper by architectural detail ~ Taipei 101 - 509 m

- Height to Roof ~ Taipei 101 - 447.8 m

- Height to Pinnacle ~ Sears Tower - 527.3 m

So as we can see here....Taipei 101...doesn't hold all the records...

..and as we can see from this list..SWFC..will clame and hold at least one of the two posible records...

SWFC will only hold Height to roof...

Taken today, 20/3-07, with a point-n-shoot - so I appologize for the quality issues in these.

The progress of a number of u/c towers can be seen in the second pic, including Jasper, Development Tower and Maryland Bldg.

Its great to see Lujiazui so dense! Now if only development could occur to the left of the Super Brand Mall near the riverfront. Also, it wouldn't be bad if the Super Brand Mall could build a tower just like the Grand Gateway Mall.

Shanghai is "beginning" to look like Mahanttan.
I hope they can speed up the construction at SWFC.

I like the the circular design better but I guess China doesn't like it due to so-called Japanese imperialism symbol. I guess China still haven't forgotten the Japan Occupation 60 years ago. I can't blame them but they need to go on and forget about it imo. Don't forget that U.S. suffered too
