agree, the weight shouldn't be a problem...but maybe the space. i don't know how much space is in an elevator of such a skyscraper. maybe you?

Maybe they're going to pyramid the elevators. More on the bottom, and getting fewer as it reaches the top?

It's the weight, the room in the elevator, also the elevator doors will need to open wide enough, and the corridors on the ground level will need to be wide enough and straight enough. If they can do it I will be astonished, a big accomplishment inside many other amazing achievements. Go SWFC!

A service elevator can lift 5-7 tons it can handle it.
