Yes, the tower is practically sold out, we have about 2 more units available. Blue Sapphire owners should consider themselves lucky because we are not having such a hard time negotiating for another property to do a B-T-O project...

where is Blue Sapphire going to be erected exactly?

today the lot on the corner of 30th St and Rizal Drive was just fenced.... the one across Furnitalia.... is this the site of Blue Sapphire?

Hello, the construction timeframe of Sapphire towers, both The Sapphire Residence and Blue Sapphire is 27 months. Blue Sapphire completion target is December 2009 (starting September 2007) while The Sapphire Residence is June 2009 (started March 2007).

Blue Sapphire is located exactly at the back of The Grand Hamptons Tower 1. It is the site that is being used as a staging area for both Grand Hamptons Tower 1 and Tower 2 currently. The lot that is being fenced (at the corner of 30th st and rizal drive) will be the new staging area for all the on-going towers (this information is confirmed)

We like this webpage, as it shows the good things happening in the Philippines. I have noticed a lot of newspapers focusing on bad news, as it is the kind of news that sells more papers. However, I believe that the good news in the Philippines outweights that bad news, and we like the advocacy of this publication. Headed by no other than Rico Hizon himself!
