Beautiful city of Warsaw has 4 buildings higher 150 m. This is a definition of a skyscraper.
This fact can be proved easily

Warsaw actually is a city of highrises and modern architecture and this fact can be also proved easily...

Yes but the skyline of Warsawa is amazing, and has a very special "atmosphere"... Moskva maybe has more scrapers, some more impressive then Warsaw, but the skyline as a "whole" doesnt look good at all ..
