gee 248m seems so short these days. nothing to get exceited about. but im excited about its planned organic facade. should look interesting.

So has ne one up there seen sites being marked for escavaction? When does constuction start? Cant wait. Can ya tell.

353 Clark isn't yet under construction. They are currently doing work on tunnels that are under the site. There's an old freight tunnel that needs to be grouted as well as an old brick lined water tunnel under the site.

Don't worry about it. There was a point where it was believed that 353 N Clark was officially under construction. What we thought was foundation work turned out to be something else.

Wow. That looks like an ideal residential building for me It's in Chicago, looks great, and it's high. I love the design. I asume they won't build those right to the downtown?
