I didn't really think that I would like this building from the renders. But now seeing the construction pics and some cladding, I LOVE IT!!!! It really won me over.

LOL! Only in a few cities in the world (Chicago is one of them of course) can one have trouble finding a building that's already 40+ stories tall. In most cities of the world such a building would be spottable from kilometers away

It's along Columbus Drive (east side of street) between the BCBS (the building being vertically expanded) and the Swissotel. It's right next door to that fire station and diagonally across the street to the northeast of the AON. You'll be seeing it on the broad skyline by the end of the year.

This tower's design can't be see looking at it directly horizontally, but from bottom looking up or from helicopter looking down.

Rooms with balconys sticking out far would be less favoured wouldn't it, becuase of less visible available.
