but are the balconies accessible?

If they are then they will need to install barriers on the edge which would ruin the tower's surface, and some parts of the balconies are very tightly spaced which is pointlesss.

This thing is rising SO fast!!
Getting better and better. Really I'm repeating myself but what a terrific surprise after such worrying renders as the ones we had (and still have...).

yeah, they are. You can see people on them in the lower levels in the renders.

and you can see the doors in the construction pics.

I am also wondering that the balconies do need some kind of railing so people will not plunge off of the tower, the rendering does not really go into that much detail, but I am sure that a railing can be created to not destroy the effect of this wonderful tower. The paint on the balconies make this look top notch all the way, excellent job!!
It appears as if that guy on the balcony is painting it!!!

I think if you look closely at the first rendering above, it shows some kind of thin railing on the balconies. I can't imagine the city approving balconies 80 floors up without railing...

Wow I didn't really notice that, but now I do see the railings on the rendering!

Oh my bad, I never noticed the barriers either but they don't ruin the tower as much. I can see smallest of the balconies and they've tiny spaces sticking out.

building code states that anything over like 2ft has to have a handrail. Anyways I suspect they will be made of glass.

It does look much more interesting when viewed from street level,
but I think the horizontal view will also look nice, since it will look like a sleek 800 ft. box, covered in patches of bright glass and deep shadows caused by the balconies. We'll just have to see.
