it kind of looks like a big clunky mess. doesn't match up well with the curves of the building.

A Sun Times article a week or so ago stated this tower was up to the 59th floor. So it has just over 20 more floors left. I'm guessing it will top out in early spring next year.

I can't remember the article exactly, somebody posted it in the Trump Tower forum. But I believe it was referring to the core height.

Normally the height of the building is considered to the top any highest structural bit of the tower, so in this case top of the core should be it.

That mechanical floor takes up 2 floors without one balcony between 2 floors. They should add the balcony in the middle for good.
