New images of Aqua's podium/based from SSP:

In reality the Aqua podium is your typical mega bustle similar to those in river north, only much prettier.
This is due to parking being stuffed below UL Columbus, contemporary townhomes facing the park 50 feet below, and a contemporary colorful street frontage. On UL Columbus the podium will look have a Crate and Barrel/Room and Board contemporary look which will really liven up the area.

It's a 76 story (~921 foot) proposal designed by Arquitectonica.

I donno if that is where the actual footprint of the tower will be ..it might be the first level complex...and the actual footprint where they are pilling right now we'll have to wait it looks like they are instaling the tower crane ...but it might also not be the tower crane to stand on top of the actual tower...might have 2-3 tower cranes..so we'll have to see

Thanks! I really like this design and I'm looking forward to see it to get built! I don't think USA has many skyscrapers with hole. I only see few ones in Shanghai, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Paris, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.

Mexico City??

Returning to Aqua. What is it with the weird pillars? It appears that the caissons are not finished yet, or are they just temporary.
