blank floors are the mechanical floors, and they do ruin the consistancy of the wave effect.

I don't mind the little gap where one row of the waves is missing completely.
I think that's acceptable.

But it's pretty obvious they tried to enhance the wavy look by tinting certain windows dependend on the amount of overhang of the balcony waves (more -> tinted, less -> brighter).
However it's either tinted or not without any gradient, which doesn't fit the wavy look at all, imho. Look at the renderings at page 1, all windows have the same color and it looks perfect. It almost ruins the building imho.
