Old signage in Maribor with former road designations. Found this in my photo archive from earlier this year.

late 80es i'd say (new E-numbers are already present, otherwise there would be E93 to Ljubljana)

You used to have road signs with capital letters during Yugoslavia times?

Yes. These Italian-style letters were common as well:

Direction signs which are still used today in all countries of former Yugoslavia came with opening of the west and north Ljubljana bypass in 1981. There is still one original sign left today on connecting road (all other signs were already replaced in previous years due to wear-out):

Talking about signs in Yugoslavia, this one was from 1980s (when Romania was still a "Socialist Republic of", until 1989), using SNV font:

Replaced in 2012.

This one still stands:

Sorry for OT.

As you mentioned ancient signs. Yesterday I saw a old "špedtrans Maribor - Jugoslavija" commercial sign on A4 near exit Orehova vas. Unfortunally I can't find it on Google Maps.

I assume it's from pre-A4 times.

Mass collision of 51 vehicles on A1 by Postojna - 1 person died, 8 were heavily injured and 31 were lightly injured.

I haven't got it to hand, but there's a sign saying 100 DEM = 600 ATS in Sentilj too. It took me a long time to figure out why they were advertising the exchange rate between the Deutsche Mark and the Austrian Schilling in Slovenia!

What happened there ? Did that happened because of uncleaned snow on the road or because of ice?

There was a sudden gust of wind that formed a thick cloud of snow. Visibility dropped to zero, the rest is history.
