if that is robbery, then this deserves the spot in top10 robberies of all times:

or shall we remember few years to the past and famous Pesnica roundabout with hardly some alternative route?

Again: lack of traffic. But if you think we should build motorways to Croatia so that the port of Rijeka can have more traffic, that's outright crazy. Do you think Italians should build a high-speed railway to Slovenia so that the port of Koper can take traffic from Italian ports? Do you think they are so altruistic? They will build it when there is demand for it.
There would be scarce traffic ... this is just an excuse, not a meaningful argument. If there is lack of traffic at Rijeka, how on earth will then such traffic suddenly appear at Koper and why do you have a highway built to Koper and another branch to Sezana (serving Triest)? You just confirm that Slovenia is deliberately delaying any vertical connections with Croatia and consequently the Adriatic sea.
Why do you think the Croatians constructed their parts towards the border with you, it was not for fun and by the way they did that with loans not with EU funds.
So an expressway Celje-Dravograd will generate sufficient traffic and will pay off more quickly than Postojna-Rijeka... what a joke.

Examples with Italy are not relevant, look at the map, the Italians are planning to connect their part with high speed from Milano, Venice to Triest and your common border there, then the line goes to Ljubljana and to border with Croatia towards Zagreb. Koper in that case will connect to that speed line through Divaca. And why will you not be using the railway from Postojna to Rijeka? You connect with Triest both by road and rail as an adjacent port to Koper but when it comes down to Rijeka and Croatia in general you are very sensitive and don't want to hear anything.

No, especially on Cro. highways where the scandals lined up;https://translate.google.com/transla...-text=&act=url, http://www.index.hr/vijesti/clanak/u...en/861849.aspx,..

Because they care about Croatia more than we do?

That road is much busier, particularly until Velenje. I'm pretty sure we won't see an expressway north of Velenje in a long time.

Construction of an HSR between Slovenia and Italy was recently postponed until after 2050.

Who says we aren't using the railway between Postojna (actually Pivka) and Rijeka? We would build an HSR because of the entire Italy, not just Trieste.

Ok, I see where you're getting at: we should build a motorway to Rijeka so that Koper will lose traffic. I can only tell you one thing: we aren't so altruistic and stupid.

The only port that was really blocked was the port of Koper, which had to be build half illegally. The railroad was build under the pretense of "land improvement" project. All that was against the will of the federal power which considered Rijeka as a main port. And look at Koper now.

No, you did not understand me. Slovenia as each other small country benefit a lot from the EU and Schengen area but it seems you are able at the same time to behave like a spoiled child and treat your southern neighbour in a different manner. It is especially your Slovene interest, I can very well understand that but Northern Adriatic ports cargo is not turning only around your Koper. It is a European question which will be considered at the corresponding level. Enjoy the prosperity of Koper but get used to be competitive with Rijeka too, which will also develop and share the market.

By now we've all learnt in this thread that Croatia is that extremely important country with a total GDP larger than that of Italy, which is why it needs much more than just two motorways from Slovenia. Poor Croats, Jews of the Balkans.

We have only one full profile motorway conections with Austria, with Italy three, no one with Hungary and with Croatia soon two( but at the request of some trolls we should have five!) No problem, give us money
