of course, i'm not talking about it, i am refering to fact when you've been talking about G9 as fast road or 2 way expressway

No one said that. A motorroad is not necessarily an expressway anyway. Many German motorroads have a low speed limit, even 50 km/h, although here the blue sign with a car automatically means 100 km/h, which can of course be lowered with a sign.

Yeah, but he didn't mean what you think (poluautocesta). The Croatian expression "poluautocesta" (half-motorway) is a legal term in Croatia, which we don't have in Slovenia, b/c we say "hitra cesta" (expressway). He only wanted to say that the current road would be half of the future motorway, not that it's an expressway (also speed limit isn't 100 km/h, but 90, except through intersections).

DARS is in big debts, so no new motorways, guys (except those U/C and H5). Also no cheaper vignette this year. Croats will destroy us.

Actually you get a lot of money from the vignettes because of the Croats. Most tourists are just on a transit trip through Slovenia, so stop complaining, Verso

OMG, you said the vigniette will definatly be lowered but now it wont. I think BanBL or who it was is right that you donīt know the Slovenian mentallity, you were sure they would lower it but he knew the mentallity better, wait Verso, they will find other reasons in future not to lower the vigniette.

I didn't say 'definitely', and it's not about mentality, but (un)stable finances.

vignettes are here minor thing. much more important is quitting constuction of motorways. so, no motorways to direction HR yet

Except those, that are already in construction or very close until beginning.
I don't expect much new construction until economy recovers. Only most important and traffic-jammed sections could be under new construction in next 5 years.

All planned future motorways and expressways are expected to be very expensive.

Interesting to know, where would you build new motorways or expressways? I think that your infrastructure is already fine developed.

Regarding traffic some new expressways are needed inside Slovenia to connect some larger cities onto existing motorway network (like Velenje). In summer tourist season coastal expressway towards Croatia could be useful and continuation of A4 motorway until Croatian border. We also need some new quality main roads, which were mainly built in 60ies and 70ies and run through towns.

Also widening of some motorways around Ljubljana could be useful, but are not needed yet.

Not really deep crisis yet. However I predict, that spending into infrastructure (and other things too) will substantially decrease in years to come.
It is quite clear now, that current crisis won't end next year but more likely in 2013 at earliest. Not only in Slovenia.

Depends mostly on political decisions. If traffic will increase a lot, then it will be built sooner. It is however important to note, that this motorway should be the cheapest one among other motorway/expressway projects to be built in next 10-15 years.
