Well I gotta admit that downtown development is quite a transformation from what it used to be...the before and after pictures say it all
![]() Putting it in perspective, Saifi Village looks a lot better than many of the new developments that pass for 'good taste' here in the good ol United States

nice city and stunning after so much of civil war in the last 3 decades. Yesterday I have seen a surprising report in german TV from a Ski resort ( ! ) city called Farryah (?) or so with the upper-class from Lebanon relaxing there , with Ski alpin and Ski lifts and so on.I was relly surprised , it looked like Zermatt / Switzerland within the Orient and you could even see the mid-sea from there .
