I like that it's at an angle. Breaks up the monotony of having all the buildings facing the same way.

The first few levels of any tower are always slow. Once they progress into the typical floor plates of the tower, it'll speed up considerably. The workers will learn the layout and become more efficient.

Over 500 men on site huh, that's fantastic! Indeed, I can only imagine the amount of reinforcement that will be needed on this tower. Sounds fascinating.
