I live in the tower on the left of the picture above (Al Seef Tower 1). Work on Pentominium and indeed most of the other projects around there has either slowed or stopped completely.

I'm not complaining mind, as it makes it much easier to sleep at night!

Both the Hircon project (the one half way complete above) and the Damac project (out of picture but very close by) are going at full pace however.

If you live there could you take some pictures of the various construction projects if you get the time? Would be great to see some pictures from this new perspective.

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question to ask but whats the U/C tower on the right of Imre's pic? And where on that picture is the Pentominium side , lower left I guess?

from right is the 23 Marina (red DCE sign on the core), The Pentominium site is that where you can see the drillers and mobile cranes.

Well I think they have actually paid the architect so it's better than CS so far.
I think we will see what happens when piling finishes. By then if the project is to move forward they must have a main contractor.
