I'll post in the Andalucian subforum, where some forumers may help you better than almost all of us.

Entering eastern Madrid metro area on A-3. This video sort of explains why R-3, R-2, R-4 and R-5 have all flopped.

(Video is not mine).

There are a couple of those bulls on the A1 between Burgos and Madrid. I love it...

You can see somewhere a map of them.

The history is simple... Several years ago there were too many ads on roads.
Because safety reasons they were forbidden and the entreprise of those bulls just erased the name of the entreprise (everyone know which one is) and kept the bulls. No one more but keeping old ones.

They went on trial and won... and they can keep current bulls with no words. So they are the most famous ads

The Osborne bull is an asset of cultural interest in Andalucía. And got rid of the law against the billboards on the roads, thanks to a ruling by the spanish supreme tribunal in which he acknowledged his "aesthetic or cultural interest"

You can see a map of Osborne bulls (and their exact location, with photos of some of them) here:

German footballer Ballack was catched by Police driving at 211 km/h

In Spain that means to be arrested inmediately and put face to a judge (and as read in news, no exemptions with him)

That speed indeed implies imprisonment from 3 to 6 months... if his penal record is clean he will probably be allowed to permute ir for a fine... but never again...

The "jail speeds" are:

> 200Km/h in motorways
> 180Km/h in conventional roads
> 110Km/h in streets

Edit: It seems that the attorney of the case asked directly for a fine instead of the jail. They are asking him 10.000€ and more than 2 years of driving ban.

I'm not clear: was he arrested in Spain?

Only 10.000€? for the money he gains that's nothing, it must be 1.000.000 :P

10.000 euro for him is almost nothing at all, really... but it is not a fine but a first prison replacing.

I mean, it is not a fault but a delit driving so fast. Depending of the delit, if it is the first time, you can pay an ammount and avoid prison. But for a while (depends the judge but it could be five years) should you have any other delit (not only driving, a general delit), there will be no exemptions... and to jail directly. You could have the best attorney in the world. You will stay in jail and will be able to complain about how many time.

E07/A-23 motorway is closed in San Jorge (Between Zaragoza and Huesca) due to flooding caused by heavy rainfalls. Some entrances to Huesca are also closed.

A-60 Valladolid - La Mudarra

A newly updated area in Google Earth, northwest of Valladolid shows the construction of A-60 in an advanced condition. Most paving seems to be finished, and the imagery is dated 28 May, 2012, so I think this part will open rather soon.
