Message From Crest
Investors into Crest are experiencing a great deal of strain as a result of the delay. I have been informed that as Crest failed to deliver in 2012 they are now paying us 10% compensation and per the sales agreeement signed by each investor:
This is the reply I got from Crest CEO: > Date: Wed, 25 Apr 2012 12:36:28 +0800 > From: rosly@skninternational.com > CC: thojia@skninternational.com > Subject: PROGRESS REPORT > > Hope all is well and thank you for your mail. > > For your kind information, all Reinforced Concrete (RC) works for > Residential Tower A and Office Tower B has completed. > The construction of the roof Grandeur for the Residential Tower A has > commenced whilst the for the Office Tower B the roof Grandeur has completed. > > All other outstanding Architectural & M&E works for both the towers are > progressing. > Other trades are following closely behind. > > The physical construction work is on schedule. > Even though earlier approvals were granted to our development, we are > anticipating certain delay from the authorities i.e. water and sewerage > departments as we have to reroute the tapping points and connections due > to the multiple development within our vicinity. > As we are still waiting for our rerouting proposal to be approved and > until then we are not able to confirm the actual date of completion. > > For your info. this rerouting exercise involved 4 other developers > within our vicinity. > > If we fail to hand over the vacant possession within the completion > date, we shall pay to all our purchaser under clause 24 of the Sale & > Purchase Agreement, liquidated damages to be calculated from day to day > at the rate of 10% per annum of the purchase price from the date of > expiry of the completion date up to the day of delivery of the vacant > possession of your premise. > > The unforseen delay will also cost us alot of money which we did not > anticipate to spend. > > Please accept our apology for all the shortcomings. > > > Warm regards > > hj rosly |

BUYERS INTO CREST PLEASE CONTACT ME!
Latest reply:
Thanks again for your email and apologies if the reply is inaccurate. As we are behind schedule, even without the approval we have proceeded with the tender exercise for the laying of the sewer and water pipeline and the successful tenderer has been awarded the contract. However, in order for us to proceed with the work, we still need to get the approval in place. The Joint Venture Consultants (as this rerouting exercise involved 4 other developers within our vicinity) is doing their level best to get it approved as the pipe laying works involved two double crossings across two of the busiest roads in the city. All other outstanding Architectural & M&E works for both the towers are progressing. Please accept our apology for all the shortcomings. hj rosly |

Information request from Crest
Anyone who has purchased into crest please contact me on hiteshlakhani@hotmail.com
We are paying so much on the interest and that is eating away into any profits we have made on the back of the currency when this development first started. I have contacted the CEO and asked them to answer few simple questions: 1. An approximate date of completion 2. What are they willing to offer if this project goes beyond this year as 10% of the amount agreed on the Sales and agreement document will no longer be sufficient 3. How will the 10 % be paid and how soon after completion 4. Will they offer a furniture package to further compensate buyers 5. What happens if the rerouting is not approved. 6. What are the apartments valued at presently in the market place 7. Is the developer willing to release buyers out of their contract and terminate the agreement THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED BACK TO ME AS THEY DONT WANT TO COMMIT TO ANYTHING. |

Property Frontiers (Broker for Crest)
I have been in touch with PF Property frontiers (Brokers) who said they had done all their due diligence however they have lost the staff that had knowledge and contacts with crest and therefore the new staff are learning the ropes and again they dont really update you unless you chase them. Their director Ray Withers does not seem to answer calls and their staff dont pass on any messages.
I am now in the process of seeking legal advice and appointing a solicitor. I suggest investors who are concerned and what to do something about this get in touch with me. We can appoint a solitor who can act for us collectively which will be cheaper and we will be able to reach our objective collectively Anyone who has purchased into crest please contact me on hiteshlakhani@hotmail.com rosly@skninternational.com (CEO of Crest) if you need to contact him/her |

Do you mean the "cleavage", the most imaginary sexy area which is obviously required the utmost tender love and care.
Over 4 months spending on the clit would definitely drain them of any energy to do any further. May be they are still deep down the slit with a sweet dream.
