My family is planning to buy individual shares sa Pico de Loro. I told my mom it's a good idea para meron ding kaming relaxation destination in the South. Meron rin kaming Anvaya Cove shares kasi (coupled with our purchase of a 1 bedroom unit in Seabreeze Verandas phase 1).

What's the best option kaya guys? Buy individual shares or buy a unit sa condo ng Pico de Loro and have it leased kapag hindi namin pinupuntahan?

Some clients start out with individual shares but later upgrade to units once they see that they come to the site more often. Shares or unit purchases being economical is relative to the lifestyle of the buyer.

Pls share how you are planning to do it (with current CBRE "service" and SM rules)?

I've discussed this with my mom. Looks like we're leaning towards buying a unit, then have it leased whenever we're not in Pico de Loro. It's like what we did in Anvaya Cove. At least, if we buy a condo unit, it comes with club shares kaya magandang investment. And we'll not be worried sa room vacancies sa hotel whenever we want to stay in Pico de Loro, like what we're currently experiencing in Anvaya (U/C pa ang condo unit namin doon, it'll be finished daw and turned over to us early next year pa raw)

By living in your unit and using the available amenities. We may not live in our unit 30 days a month but we will definitely use it.

We purchased a unit here as an end user and not for rent or investment.

Anyone interested in buying a two-bedroom fully furnished investor suite on the lagoon side of Myna. The place is still brand new because we only stayed there maybe less than ten times during the past two years. PM me if you're interested.

They seems over-stretched the target date but it is getting there...

Hello there! Anyone knows when will the Carola Units be ready for turnover? We already paid the unit in full since last year, and initially based on what I read when I surf the net it should have been June 2011. But last time I went there last Dec 2011 it's still wasn't finish? Wala pa penalty for the developer for the delay?

Talk to their office last week. Carola A they are still finishing the 2nd & 3rd floor. Was informed that July or Aug will be the turned over. Still whatever their office said I don't take it seriously.

Hopefully nga that it would be finish by those dates! But if you surf the Internet you would see previous statement indicating that it should have been completed na June 2011. It means more than 1 years na delayed! Dapat may penalty sila dito!

Is it true that even after owning a club chare, club members still have to pay fees to use the club facilities?
