As I went through Tyson Corner today on Capital Beltway I saw 2 or 3 high-rises underconstruction....

Project w/ four highrises is getting approved I guess in the Eisenhower Ave. area of Alexandria.

Hotel in the Eisenhower area. Not a fan of the design but whatever.

Mixed-use project in Falls Church.

There's also a 16-story building about to be approved in Courthouse.

The Coast Guard will be staying at their current location in Buzzard's Point and won't be moving. That area has some potential, so I hope sooner or later there is some nice development around there.
