It's all most done cladding. The interior is still being finished though, even on the lower levels that i could see from the street. It should be completed within a year or 2 by the pace i've seen.

How full it will be upon completion however, i'm not certain. Since they still have the global HQ across the river with a few empty floors they could easily take their time expanding into this new building, however other tenants may move in before that.
