Agree with LCIII. That is the Cinema Tower to the best of my knowledge. Would love to see it happen though

Sorry, I got confused! I did not realize that there was another plan for cinerama/cinema buildings. I thought the roof top was quite different. Oh well.... Kinda cool looking.
