The 10th floor slab was cast last week.
The casting of the 11th floor slab is expected on Wednesday this week.
The core wall CW1, CW2, CW3 and CW4 from 11th floor to U/s 12th and columns from 10th to U/s 11th floor were cast last week.
The 10th floor slab was cast last week.
Shear walls (W10 & W11) for the 10th floor to U/s 11th floor and CW-5 10th floor to U/s 11th floor were cast yesterday.
85% of 1st and 2nd Basement and 2nd floor electrical lighting wiring completed
With the exception of the riser 85% of the 2nd Basement and 2nd floor to 6th floor emergency fire alarm wiring completed.
Staircase 2nd basement to 3rd floor lighting wiring completed & except control.
Control G.I. box fix completed from 2nd basement to 4th floor.
CCTV G.I box fixing in progress.
Lift lobby lighting wiring in progress on 3rd to 6th floor.
10th floor CW-5 completed.
11th floor CW3 & CW4 completed.
10th floor all columns completed.
85%, of drainage piping completed from 3rd to 5th floor with 6th to 7th floor in progress.
Ground floor makes up slab low level plumbing in progress.
1st and 2nd basement lift lobby ducting in progress.

As long as Dubai allows companies like The First Group to operate investor confidence will never return. The contracts that you sign are not worth the paper they are written on and they re quite happy to take money from investors knowing full well that some of their projects will never be completed. Be very wary of handing over any more of your hard earned cash to these people.

The steel reinforcement for core wall CW-5 from 12th to u/s 13th floor was completed in 1st week of March.
The steel reinforcement for the core wall CW-4 from 13th floor to U/s 14th floor was in 1st week of March.
The core CW4 from 13th floor to U/s 14th and CW5 from 12th to U/s 13th floor in 1st week of March.
The columns from 12th floor to U/s 13th floor were cast in 1st week of March.
The core walls CW-1, CW-2 & CW-3 from 13th floor to U/s 14th floor were cast in 1st week of March.
Lighting wiring in progress on ground floor common areas.
Fire alarm emergency & voice evacuation system cable pulling in progress in common areas at ground floor.
80% of lighting wiring completed in ground floor units.
Structured cabling & telephone cable tray fixing completed 80% at 8th floor.
Fire alarm emergency & voice evacuation system cable pulling completed 80% at 9th floor.
G.I fixing for power & lighting control in progress from 6th to 8th floor.
Bus bar riser marking in progress at 8th floor.
10th floor balcony drain in progress.
80% of 9th floor high level drainage completed.

Most others busy with exception of Shaikhani Group formerly know as memon group !

The partial area of screen for Basement 2 has been cast.
Chasing conduiting & G.I. box fixing in progress on floor 11.
G.I boxes and junction box fixing on the core wall has been completed at 12th floor.
Fire alarm & emergency cabling completed 80% at 11th floor high level.
Electrical and MEP works are in progress and have reached the 10th floor.

as far as i understand investors at the bridge are also having massive problems with the first group. Just like those investors who have invested in the diamond. I really just dont understand why investors are treated like dirt.
