Doesn't look too bad, but why did they have to hide it behind the other tower? They should give more consideration to the entire skyline of La Défense and the view people will have from the Arc de Triomphe side of the city.

It is only one project and others skyscrapers will be made till 2015. Maybe it is made here because of them.

Projects by Metropolitan- Forum francophone

The tallest tower on the pic, is it the mysterious Tour Signal?

Tour Generali is at the moment one of my favourite skyscrapers to be build in Europe. Together with other new "tours" it will transform the skyline of La Défense dramatically.

Yes it is. We have for the moment no idea about the design of this tower. Nethertheless the president of the EPAD (organisation who rules LD) said about one week ago that several projects of the contest for the signal tower will have got a futur. It looks good !

I don't share your POV. I like this tower but I prefer the ones the russian are making in Moscow.

Yes, and you can add other skyscrapers. There will be in 2015 3 skyscrapers of 300 meters at least, and it's a minimum. The oldest buillding in LD will be changed.... yes this skyline will dramatically change !

excuse me I have to

That's most likely, we've been showed rejected project for the tower so far and they seem to be much more than 300m. However, I wouldn't bet on a 400m tower...

I Shouldnt worry about it, the chances of it actually being built, along with the other 300m tower, are pretty slim, at least in the short-medium term.

Without pre-lets, LD cant justify building 600m of new office space.

Of course it can, a third 300m and maybe a fourth 300m towers are planned.
Every new m² are already pre-lets.

I really think that you underate Paris.
the third city in the world in term of office space and even being third Paris lacks of offices.
