so weird, cities like suzhou and some others in China, I never heard of but build crazy. But more famous cities like Xi'an, Wuhan, Harbin... what are they doing?

suzhou GDP ranks 5th amony chinese mainland cities(2006year) ,only after shanghai , beijing ,guangzhou ,shenzhen. industurial production rand second only after shanghai. but it's a subprovincial city, so maybe not famous international. but suzhou is very well known in china , like wuhan ,harbin you mentioned.

Finally we can confirm some height. The tallest tower will be 384.2m and 76 floors. No height for the other 3 towers by the moment. The second tallest will be probably above 350m either. This is far taller than the 330m~ figure we expected for the two big ones.
