and also shenyang has a very strong ground so it is easy to build a skyscraper unlike shanghai or other cities in china which have an extremely weak sand .

I still think some of those swamps are sinking. But what interest me is. The buildings would've been built on base rock and there fore very little weight to the actual ground. So what's causing places like Pudong to sink? er settle for those of you who are sensative.

whenever i see very large foundation areas i get scared that it is going to take a really really long time before the building is going toget finished

i concur and also his long following of Shenyang IFC seems to paying off as it should start construction sometime this year .So basically shenyang is all set for at least 3 400 mts+
