For those of you who don't know where Leicester is:

It's situated in the East Midlands region of England, right in the centre of the country. It has great links to London from the motorway and is the first city after London on the Midland Mainline railway line.

Leicester will be a city to look out for within the next few years, as it has great ambitions and hopefully more skyscrapers too!

Official height measurements don't include a glass roof section or anything else above the highest structural component. It is quite clear from the renders that the building is in fact 40 storeys tall as the top level in the skybar is double height, giving a floor count of 39. This gives an overall height of around 43 floors to the roof, which at 10ft per floor (some of the lower ones appear to be more than this) we are looking at at least 430ft (131m) to the top of the building with an official height of 400ft+ (122m+)
