source Vulgow and Wiki.

- First will be the big tower ("Langer Franz")
- second the little tower ("Kleiner Cohn")
- third comes the "Gauben" and other roof windows

And this is what we'll get back, hooray!

Except the roofs on the right, which will probably take a longer time.

Three Sisters

Next to the Palais Quartier Towers will rise 3 Buildings with residential use.

The application for the construction should have been given in already. Demolition is due to start in the second quarter.

Great overview, thanks!

But what happened to the design of Omniturm?

According to Tishman Speyer's and the tower's new website, this is still the official design:

http://de.tishmanspeyer.com/properties/omniturm

While of course we've seen some slight changes like the facade structure:

Don't get too carried away just yet, there only so much you can take from London, certainly not enough to consider a 'boom'. Anyway most will go to Cork.

I actually meant Dublin and Cork. The 'few' banks and institutions that have already said would open offices in the EU post Brexit, depending on what type of deal we would get of course, have stated Dublin would be the preferred choice, and even then the numbers are from a few dozen people to a couple of hundred. Hardly an exodus. Anyway, as I said, early days yet. Long way to go.
By the way, love the rebuilding of the old civic towers, fantastic, something I wish would happen in London.

Most relevant institutes actually want to relocate to Frankfurt, ahead of Dublin, NYC, Paris.

Goldman Sachs:

You can add Morgan Stanley (new EU hub), JP Morgan, Mitsubishi Bank, Citigroup, Bundesbank, Deutsche Bank and several others here. (FAZ)

Frankfurt most likely to benefit from Brexit, say investors and analysts

London experts say: the Brexodus threat from Frankfurt is rising

This is all speculation. Truth is no will know until negotiations have been finalised at what hit if any, London will suffer. At the moment all speculation. One thing for sure is that the level of any financial loss will impact on the financial contribution the U.K. Will make into EU coffers, currently at 18 Billion per annum. That huge annual contribution from the UK may be gone altogether if London's loss is great, and let's face it, it will be Germany that will bear the brunt of that financial shortfall. So I guess at the end of the day it's swings and roundabouts.
Anyway this discussion is for another thread, rude of me to debate this on the Frankfurt
thread.

FRANKFURT | Projects & Construction

I believe someone a couple of posts above started and speculated Cork/Dublin will be the winners. Now let's stop speculating, and by the way, Germany will pay the costs so it will be a loss for Germany anyway. And then let's round it off by stating it is the wrong thread for this discussion... hard to win that one?

@erbse: thanks for the links.

Thanks for the overview! But I believe you forgot to include the planned 120m hotel tower at the Güterplatz as well as the planned 130m tower which is supposed to be realized together with the grand central project. Both designs are not known yet though.

Wow. I guess, Ireland being the only native English speaking country in the EU, has a very bright future.
