I agree. I'd like to see more of this in First Hill, South Lake Union, and mid-Belltown (where they're lacking, yet where they're a perfectly logical addition to the skyline).

What's most exciting about the DJC article is actually the part where he says the 6th and Wall (I believe it was called Icon) building is still alive just taking a backseat to this project. He said they'll move forward with that one after this one actually enters construction! He's my new favorite developer

Loving the rendering of page 24. It looks so wide! I'm definitely the most excited for this project to get underway than any others in the pipeline.

Great looking building- I like it! I did like the curvature of the old render, but in reality it's tough to make units for an apartment building work out with curves like that. I was driving up I5 through downtown today and noticed how prominent it will be.
